Background
West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust (WHHT) provides acute healthcare services in three hospitals: Watford General Hospital, St Albans City Hospital and Hemel Hempstead Hospital, in Hertfordshire, England.
The Requirement
WHHT was preparing the way for digitising its paper medical record library and the first step in this process was to consolidate and cleanse the existing paper medical record. The Trust needed a partner to develop a business case to ensure that the benefits and costs of this work were clearly understood and agreed before undertaking the project. WHHT issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework Two, RM6008 to find and appoint a suitable partner.
Our Success
Bramble Hub and Bearing Point were successful in winning the contract for the 8-week consultancy project, beginning in December 2019.
