Bramble Hub and Cloudsource using agile to enhance and develop Nursing and Midwifery Council’s CRM

Background

The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is the regulator for nursing and midwifery professions in the UK. NMC maintains a register of all nurses, midwives and specialist community public health nurses and nursing associates eligible to practise within the UK.  

The Requirement

The NMC has been modernising and reshaping its use of ICT to ensure that it is able to adapt to changes in healthcare and the demands on nurses and midwives. This includes replacing its legacy Registrations Register with an integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint solution, along with other cloud based Microsoft offerings and other software applications.

The NMC used the direct award catalogue of Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Application Solutions framework, RM3821 to select the supplier for Phase 2 of this programme. 

Our Success

Bramble Hub and Cloudsource were awarded the contract to work collaboratively with the NMC’s in-house team in an agile project against agreed SOWs for 12 months to deliver the required enhancements.
