The Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA) is responsible for implementing British and international maritime law and safety policy.
The Requirement
The MCA has over 400 buildings of varying sizes and functions across the UK and wanted to determine whether a TFM contract whether a TFM contract is the most practical and economic method to ensure a fully functioning estate which is also legally compliant. An ITT was issued under Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy framework, RM3745 for a partner to undertake a strategic review and provide best practice to the Estates team for use over the next ten years.
Our Success
The MCA awarded the contract to Bramble Hub and C & W LLP (Cushman Wakefield) who have delivered the review as planned.
