Background
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is the U.K. government department responsible for welfare, pensions and child maintenance policy.
The Requirement
DWP were looking for an independent service provider to support their IBM Filenet Enterprise Content Management system, enabling them to migrate off legacy platforms and receive the software support they need until the migration is complete. DWP looked on Government’s G-Cloud online software catalogue, RM1557 for a suitable supplier.
