Background
Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) is a public body with a role to support and improve delivery of care through a range of programmes.
The Requirement
HIS made a major investment to develop a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) application to manage their contact, communication and content with a large number of other NHS and non-NHS individuals and organisations across Scotland. The original development contract had expired, so HIS issued an Invitation to Quote under Crown Commercial Service’s Corporate Software Solutions for a provider to work with them to support and further develop their CRM.
Our Success
Bramble Hub and Truenorth IT were successful in winning this contract and work has started with a series of discovery workshops with the key stakeholders to flesh out the requirements and agree the scope.
