Bramble Hub and Version 1 awarded maintenance contract for NHS Blood and Transplant’s Finance and Procurement system.

Background

NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) is a Special Health Authority, dedicated to saving and improving lives through the wide range of services we provide to the NHS.

The Requirement

NHSBT issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Service’s Enterprise Applications Support Services framework RM1032 for the support of their Oracle e-Business Suite, which is used to run their Finance and Procurement system. NHSBT’s requirements included seeking cost efficiencies and looking at moving to a hosted cloud based solution.

Our Success

The 3-year contract (with the option to extend up to 5 years) was awarded in July 2016 to Bramble Hub and its partner Version 1 to meet these objectives, which are being achieved.
