Background
Greater London Authority (GLA) is the strategic regional authority and administrative body for Greater London, England, with powers over transport, policing, fire and emergency planning and economic development, including two Mayoral Development Corporations.
The Requirement
The GLA needed tax advice on changes to the way one of the Mayoral Development Corporations will operate under evolving statutory and financial arrangements. The authority used the Management Consultancy Services Framework RM3745 to tender the opportunity and place a contract for this work.
Our Success
GLA selected Bramble Hub and MHA MacIntyre Hudson, working with Development Partnership experts Cushman & Wakefield, to undertake the work and provide the required advice.
