Background
Cheshire Constabulary (CC) is the territorial police force responsible for policing the English unitary authorities of Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton (including Runcorn, and Widnes) and Warrington, an area of 2,450 square kilometres with a population of roughly 1 million.
The Requirement
CC needed a modern, integrated image scanning, data capture and document management system and looked for a suitable solution on the Crown Commercial Service’s Local Authority Software Applications Framework catalogue.
Our Success
CC selected the FastForm Ticketing Management system, offered by Bramble Hub and Clarity Information Solutions, which was designed specifically to manage offence records and already in use in 19 police forces throughout the UK. The contract, signed in October 2017, included requirements analysis, design, configuration, migration, test and training services.
