The Requirement
Like many local councils, EHDC needed to update their electoral management system to keep pace with the ever-increasing demands made upon it, especially following recent changes to electoral registration. The Council sought a suitable solution from the catalogue associated with Crown Commercial Service’s Local Authority Software Applications Framework, RM1059.
