Genesis Housing Association uses the LASA catalogue to 'click and buy' Castelton's Agile Solution to give field staff secure access to back office systems.

Background

Genesis Housing Association (GHA) is one of the UK's leading housing associations, with 33,000 homes across London and the east of England.

The Requirement

GHA employs around 1,600 staff, many of whom work in the community and need access to GHA's back office systems. They looked for a solution on the catalogue associated with the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Local Authority Software Applications framework, RM1059. This catalogue is available to all public sector buyers on application to CCS for a log-in ID and password.

Our Success

Using the LASA catalogue, GHA were quickly able to shortlist and then directly clarify that their requirements would be met. They were then able to 'click and buy' the Bramble Hub and Castleton Technology's Agile Solution - a customer self-service application that allows field staff to use IOS, Android and Windows mobile devices to connect securely to any back-office system and residents to engage effectively with GHA.
