Hampshire County Council able to ‘click and buy’ its new leisure membership and bookings system from Bramble Hub and Xn Leisure using the RM1059 framework catalogue

Background

Hampshire County Council (HCC) is the largest county in South East England, with a population of over 1.8m and many sports and leisure facilities across the County.

The Requirement

HCC were looking to increase income and maintain repeat custom and loyalty, increase self- service and automation, and decrease misuse of loyalty / entry cards at its sports, swimming and leisure centres. It identified that this would need an integrated membership, loyalty, booking and event software system with appropriate hardware to manage entry/loyalty across all its sites, and interface with its new Digital programme CRM. The Council used the catalogue associated with Crown Commercial Service’s Local Authorities Software Applications framework, RM1059, to identify and procure a suitable solution.

Our Success

HCC selected Bramble Hub and XnLeisure Systems’ Membership and Bookings System. A pilot is being run at Calshot Activity Centre, Southampton to test integration, configuration and data migration from existing systems, before being rolled out to the rest of the required sites.
