Background

Hampshire County Council employs c37,000 staff to provide services to the 1.3m residents and 65,000 businesses in this southern coastal county.

The Requirement

The County Council’s Adults’ Health and Care  service needed to improve the method of rostering the full and part-time staff employed in its 16 Residential and Nursing Homes and looked for a Cloud based Rostering System on government’s Digital Marketplace G-Cloud Framework catalogue, RM1577.

Our Success

The County Council selected the web-based Workforce Management solution from Bramble Hub and our partner Quinyx to manage their staff scheduling, time and attendance, task management and forecast resource planning.
