Tunde worked as IT Sales Procurement Manager between November 2016 and March 2019 he has a strong background in Political Science, with a degree from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) in Nigeria. He spent over four years as a political writer and journalist and still occasionally writes about political analysis and developments. Here he talks about his role at Bramble Hub.
“My most recent role, before I joined Bramble Hub, was in the procurement department as a buyer for Computacenter, where I dealt with large volumes of clients and managed three countries (Germany, France and England). A lot of what I learned there prepared me really well for my current role, giving me a real understanding of every aspect of the supply chain and an appreciation of the importance of keeping a very close eye on deadlines, details and processes.”
“At Bramble Hub I co-ordinate SMEs and the public sector throughout the procurement process. This includes dealing with tender documents, contracts and purchase orders, always working to pre-defined schedules and deadlines. I also handle sales and payment. When a customer raises a purchase order I have to make sure it matches the contractual agreement perfectly.”
“I also work with the rest of the team to ensure we don’t miss opportunities, something that can involve identifying which partners might be suitable for a tender or simply keeping tabs on things to make sure we get the tender documents completed within the right timeframes.”

I follow a lot of organisations that I admire and am interested in on social media, and keep up to date with the latest advancements in technology via a number of websites. This really helps me with my day to day work.”
