Background
Redbridge London Borough Council (LBR) provides services to residents and businesses in this East London borough.
The Requirement
LBR needed to commission a modern Housing System to enable them to undertake an extensive change programme, free up Housing Department resources and improve their engagement with residents. The Council issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Service’s Data and Application Solutions, RM3821.
