Background

North Hertfordshire Homes (NHH) is a large social housing provider responsible for over 9000 homes across eight local authority areas in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

The Requirement

NHH were looking to transform their IT and Digital system to improve service to their staff and residents.  They sought a suitable partner to move their service on to the web and enable their customer facing teams to work remotely with full access to their existing back-office systems. NHH used the catalogue associated with Crown Commercial Service’s Local Authority Software Applications Framework, RM1059 to identify the best service provider and place the order.
