Background

NHS South, Central & West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) is one of five commissioning support units providing support and professional expertise for NHS and non-NHS customers, across over 40 different locations in the south of England.

The Requirement

SCW were looking to replace the multiple service management tools in use across the commissioning support units with a fully hosted Centralised Service Management System. AN ITT was raised under Crown Commercial Service’s Data and Application Solutions Framework, RM3821 to select a suitable solution.

Our Success
