The Requirement
NCL CCG needed a consultant to develop and help implement an engagement plan to support evaluation of temporary changes to paediatric changes in response to Covid-19.
They used the direct award route on Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework Two, RM6008 to appoint the consultant.
