Background

North Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council (NTMBC) provides the majority of local government services to businesses and the 200,000 residents in North Tyneside in Tyne and Wear.

The Requirement

From 1 April 2019, construction, housing repairs and maintenance services – currently delivered by a joint venture service provider – will return to the direct management of the council.  As part of the transition to in-house services, the council issued a Statement of Requirements for a housing repairs and maintenance system.

Our Success

Bramble Hub and InterNETalia’s AccuServ Job Management system was selected and contracted via G-Cloud. The system enables NTMBC to manage its housing repairs and maintenance services and includes mobile apps, dynamic scheduling, stock control, van stock, job costing and dashboard reporting.
