Ofwat chooses Bramble Hub and Cloudsource to update its case management system

Background

The Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) is a non-ministerial department responsible for the economic regulation of the water and wastewater sector in England and Wales.

The Requirement

Ofwat needed to replace its ad hoc project and bespoke case management systems with an online system to manage Customer Contact, Licence Applications, Casework and Code Modifications in one holistic, transparent environment. The Authority issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Application Solutions framework, RM3821.

Our Success

Bramble Hub and Cloudsource were able to offer the required functionality and an Agile approach to speed up implementation, so were awarded the 3-year contract for implementation and support of the system.
