Background
Intellectual Property Office (IPO) is the official government body responsible for examining and issuing or rejecting patents, and maintaining registers of intellectual property including patents, designs and trade marks in the UK intellectual property rights in the UK.
The Requirement
IPO required a hardware breakfix contract to cover its Polycom videoconferencing equipment at two sites, Newport and London. It issued a Request for Quote in May 2017 under Crown Commercial Service’s Technology Services framework.
Our Success
Bramble Hub and our partner, Altiatech, were successful in winning this one-year contract, valid till September 2018.
