Background

Wandle Housing Association (WHA) owns and manages 7,400 homes, primarily in South East London.

The Requirement

WHA had been going through significant changes and needed to improve customer satisfaction, become more cost effective and shift customer transactions to digital channels. The Association is using a legacy housing management system that is shortly to have supplier support withdrawn, and which does not allow these improvements to be implemented. To meet these requirements, WHA decided to commence with the implementation of a Dynamics CRM and portal, wrapped around its current housing system. In May 2018, WHA issued an ITT for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM application via Crown Commercial Service’s Corporate Software Systems framework, RM1042.

Bramble Hub and Blacklight Software won the contract to supply, install, implement, support, maintain and develop the software and related services, with First Phase Go-Live by November 2018
