Background
Waverley Borough Council WCBC) provides services to residents and businesses in and around Farnham and Haslemere, in Surrey.
The Requirement
WBC needed to upgrade their existing version of SmartPay to make sure the system remained compliant to the latest PCI-DSS requirements. They used the catalogue under Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Application Solutions framework, RM3821 to select the service that met their requirements.
