Scarborough Borough Council (SBC) is responsible for services to residents and businesses in this North Yorkshire town and surrounding district.

The Requirement

SBC needed to update its income management and cash receipting system and looked on Government’s G-Cloud 11 online software catalogue for a suitable replacement.
