Bramble uses personal data for the purposes of recruitment, sales and marketing, payroll and HR and related, and running projects/contracts, and only for as long as necessary for those purposes (as we have reasonably determined). You can request a copy of the details that we hold about you. A small fee may be payable.
Personal information
Information is collected in the normal course of business for specific and legitimate purposes.
Personal information about people which we collect is: name, position, organization / company, telephone number, e-mail address, business address. For employees, further data is collected as needed, such as home address, bank details and next of kin.
We use this information to respond to you appropriately, for example, by providing you by e-mail with an update of information about our services and products.
Changing the information we hold about you
If you would like to change the information we hold about you or want to it to be removed from our contacts database, you may do so by e-mailing a request to contact@bramble.co.uk. We will acknowledge your request and update or remove the information within two weeks.
Third parties
Currently we will not forward the information collected about you to any third parties except where required to do so by law. However, we reserve the right to use in the future other third-party companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings. If so, third parties will be under the same obligations regarding your personal information as Bramble is and we will only provide the personal information needed to deliver the service. They will be required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and will be prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. At all times, Bramble will control and be responsible for the use of your information.

Internet and data privacy best practice are still developing. Bramble therefore reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. If this privacy policy changes in any way, we will place an updated version on this page. Bramble will not, however, revise its commitment to compliance with all relevant information regulations, including the Data Protection Act.
