Background
Wholly owned by the Department of Health and working in partnership with NHS Property Services, Community Health Partnerships (CHP) provides investment, provision & management of the UK healthcare property estate.
The Requirement
Following completion of the design stage of a new national Strategic Estate Planning and Implementation (SEPI) service, CHP decided to run a pilot programme to position SEPI for long-term success by proving its worth and to enable CHP to make a fact-based assessment of the size, shape and focus of SEPI going forward, based upon real project work. CHP published their requirements under Crown Commercial Service’s Consultancy One framework.
Our Success
Bramble Hub and Q5 Partners LLP were selected to set up and run the pilot, with feedback and assessment outputs that would enable CHP to deliver the SEPI service quickly and maintain the momentum of the programme.
