Background:
NHS South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) provides support and professional expertise for over 70 NHS and non-NHS customers across most of the south of England.
The Requirement
The service was underpinned by 3 service management tools which took 10,000 calls a month. SCW needed to move to a centralised, hosted solution to improve efficiency and consistency. In August 2017 SCW issued tender for a Service Desk Management Tool under Crown Commercial Service’s Corporate Software Solutions Framework, RM1042.
Our Success
SCW awarded the contract to Bramble Hub and our partner Topdesk. The 3-year contract, issued in December 2017, includes the TOPdesk's ITSM hosted software solution, 6 months onboarding and ongoing support & maintenance.
